Railbike Tour Guide

Revolution Rail Co. is seeking dynamic, energetic guides who enjoy interacting with people and like to work outdoors. They will work closely with our management team to provide guided railbike tours, support customer experience, and gather occasional content for social media.

Ideal candidates will have experience in outdoor excursions. The ability to learn, a good disposition and a strong work ethic is more important than previous experience. Guides who display skills and the ability to learn and contribute will have the opportunity to develop and grow with a rapidly expanding national organization.

Responsibilities:
● Lead groups on railbike tours.
● Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors.
● Develop understanding of customer experience, excursion, and environmental safety.
● Create a fun, memorable experience for Revolution Rail Co. customers.
● Deliver safety briefings and history talks (will train).
● Make minor repairs and adjustments to railbikes (will train).

Requirements:
● Physical fitness – ability to lift 30 pounds and pedal a bike.
● Love of nature and being outdoors.
● Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
● Ability to speak in front of medium/large groups.
● Work well in a busy and dynamic work environment.
